Add 2 Performance offers over 30 years of experience in the areas of management,
purchasing, sales, marketing, behavioral science, and adult learning.
Our programs have been presented internationally as in-house, public,
university and community college courses.
Ruthanne Koyama
Ruthanne has 30+ years of experience in measuring performance from staff
to suppliers. Her background and knowledge of Management and Purchasing
makes her message one no sales organization can afford to miss. As a Manager,
Buyer, Trainer Coach and Consultant her own performance has long been
measured. Her comfortable style coupled with her understanding of the
performance expected of Suppliers and their sales people ensure her students
will be up to challenges of the day.
Ruthanne's understanding of a wide variety of buying and selling processes
comes from many years in Purchasing. She started her career as a Construction
buyer for a Nuclear Power Plant. Upon completion of the plant she moved
on to the operating side where she developed the new departments policies
and procedures for on-site purchasing. Leaving there she entered the world
of Engineering buying, where she graduated to Management, overseeing a
variety of projects in the areas of Thermal Power, Fertilizer/Chemical
Plants, Pipelines, Mining and Water Treatment. She ended her purchasing
career as a consultant to a major oil and gas firm, working with many
of their field drilling sites, both local and international. Additionally
she was purchasing liasion for the companies operating refineries and
gas plants.
She took those experiences and joined a large management consulting firm
where she continued to developed and expanded her training and coaching
skills. Eventually using this knowledge she developed her own style and
passion to created her own company "add 2 performance".
